Delete your PIT account

PIT is a product of VeneCrafters LLC. This page explains how to delete your PIT account and what happens to your data.

How to delete it

In the app: open PIT → tap your avatar → Profile → Delete account → confirm. The account and the data listed below are deleted right away.

By email: write to hello@venecrafters.dev from your account’s email, with the subject “Delete my PIT account”, and include the phone number you sign in with. If you no longer have access to that email, we will ask you to verify the phone. We confirm the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your account: name, email, phone, password and language.
  • Your devices and notification tokens.
  • The vehicles, mileage readings and services you recorded yourself.
  • Your notifications and preferences.

What is kept

  • Data a shop holds about you as its customer (your name, your vehicles and the services it did) stays in that shop’s system, because those are its records. To have it erased, ask the shop; we can also pass your request on.
  • Anything we must keep by law, only for the required period.
